Serving all ages, breeds & needs!
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a dog who is friendly with strangers, children, and other dogs?
Do you wish the dog would just stop barking at the mailman or jumping on visitors?
Do you want a dog who just “gets it” and knows how to fit into your family?
North Pittsburgh Animal Behavior offers positive reinforcement based, fun & effective training. As a certified professional trainer, I offer a variety of services including: in-home dog manners training, behavior consultations and behavior modification, and group classes at our training & education facility as well as at local veterinary offices and county parks. I have experience in various areas of dog training but I thoroughly enjoy working with first time dog owners as well as dogs who are experiencing anxiety & fear based reactivity & aggression. I have a soft spot for rescued dogs and have close relationships with many local shelters and rescue groups. I also have experience with cat behavior modification and enjoy finicky felines!
Our group classes are open to the public and some of our clients drive from over an hour away to attend our classes or work with Beth privately. In home consultations are geographically limited due to time constraints, however, if you are out of NPAB’s service area, we’d be happy to find you a trainer of similar philosophy, OR do a skype/phone consult with you OR you can travel to our training facility.
Our current in-home service area includes:
Gibsonia, Mars, Seven Fields, Cranberry Twp, Warrendale, Treesdale, Valencia, Saxonburg, Bakerstown, Wexford, Russellton, Franklin Park, North Park, McCandless, Ross, West View, Glenshaw, Hampton, Dorseyville and Fox Chapel.
If you reside outside of these areas, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our absolute best to accomodate you or point you in the direction of someone who can help.
